Legal Case Automation Tool

To automate the case management process for Ziegler Mediation, we built a custom automation tool in Retool. The tool automatically reads in data for new cases submitted via Ziegler Mediation’s website. Each case has editable data, the ability to send customized emails directly within the tool for notices and invoices, auto-generated PDFs based on case data, and invoice management.
